Human Growth Hormone and Fasting

FASTING

We can still eat and drink like normal (Yes we will talk about it later). Do not be afraid to first hear the word fasting, fasting that allows you to eat whenever and whatever.

“Everyone has a doctor in him; we just have to help him in his work. The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well. …to eat when you are sick, is to feed your sickness.”-  Hippocrates

“Instead of using medicine, better fast today.” – Plutarch, a Greek biographer and moralist

“Fasting is the greatest remedy– the physician within.” – Philippus Paracelsus

“A little starvation can really do more for the average sick man than can the best medicines and the best doctors.” -Mark Twain

Do you know why almost all religions teach their followers to fast?

More health benefit addition than just spiritual

—————————

Approximately 3-4 hours after we eat, we entered what is known postabsorbtive, where insulin started to drop.

This is where the energy used by the body began to come to internal sources in the body.

The liver is the main source of glycogen stored through glycogenolysis (remember the primary source is not from muscle, but fat unless they are involved in a heavy duty activity or when the fat level drop lower than 7%).

Also with insulin falls (and a drop in blood sugar) comes an increase in lipolysis (fat free level goes up and use them for energy) and gluconeogensis

(Convert sources of non-carbohydrate such as glycerol and amino acids to glucose).

The level of lipolytic hormones such as glucagon, GH (growth hormone) and catecholamines will increase (as well as the body’s sensitivity to them), allow more fat to be released and burn when fasting

The longer people are in a position without food (the lower state of insulin / blood sugar), increasing this process.

A perfect example is when we go to bed and sleep without eating at night. Most of the time will make the liver work to supply our brain (glucose hog) with the process of glycogen and fat will be burned.

This condition will continue to happen until day 3 without eating and then the body will be damaged if it is done over 3 days fast. So even we do it up to 48 hours, you will only get the tremendous advantages.

In short, Fasting in a short time (a state body without food) can cause Fat Burned Faster.

MYTH and ARGUMENT by NUTRITION EXPERTS

Unfortunately, people will start complaining now without reading further

Usually they (especially bodybuilders and nutritionists) will begin to ask questions these question:

  1. It will deplete the muscle (muscle will be lost)
  2. Metabolism will be damaged and decreased during fasting
  3. Lack protein intake and so on.
  4. We had to eat 6 times a day small portions to maintain our metabolism and build muscle
  5. Protein intake should be numerous and immediate or muscles do not develop.

Where did we hear all these theories? Googling? Or people say like it is a common sense?

Did you know that the character of Santa Claus today (the modern image) was first created by Coca Cola? Probably not…….

Same with this you know? Most are people are just saying …

NO RESEARCH STATES IT IS TRUE. DID YOU KNOW THAT RESEARCH IS NOT ABSOLUTE AND ALWAYS IS CHANGING EVERY DAY? A NEW THEORY CAN COME UP IN A SHORT TIME. SO IT IS BETTER IF WE LEARN MORE AND MORE (This is what I have been telling myself all the time, continuous learning is a must)

Report:

  1. Not eat at all is different from fasting. Research have shown that in up to 72 hours of fasting, your metabolism will not slow down (IA Macdonald, J Webber, 1995) and it was even a little boost metabolism. Yes I said RISING! (After passing 72 hours will be decreased)

This means that short-term fasting will not decrease your metabolism by itself. As long as you do not do a fast without eating at all in a state of long period and still eat enough, you will be fine and will even increase your metabolism.

It is true that in the long term, there is a higher risk for the loss of body mass (muscle). But otherwise if this is done correctly in timely manner then your body will maintain your muscles. There are different hormones in your body that keep your muscles and increase your metabolism.

As we have seen the growth hormone (GH) is a hormone involved in lipolysis increased by fasting. GH also has a “muscle sparing” property as well, mostly shown through studies fasting (where people do not lose muscle mass in an environment of elevated GH).

One research (Norrelund H et al, 2001) compared test group underwent 40 hours in a starving state by eating a low-calorie diet foods / nutrients and their bodies begin to deteriorate and a decline in health.

That means you will starve eat 6x a day if the calories is not sufficient. (Try to eat only crackers 1 every 2 hours for 6 times) It has nothing to do with the frequency of how often you eat, only the sum total calories for longer periods of time (in days, weeks).

The point is you better eat one good meal with decent calories to fulfill your needs (just don’t be a glutton)

  1. They say your metabolism is going down! Fasting make you fatter. This is another fear …

It’s still about the total intake of calories and not eating frequency. I did not argue about eat healthy, I said that the number of calories

Calories are still calories, regardless of the forms of same amount of calories. Eating 30 pieces of apples still have bigger calories than cheese burger regardless how many times you eat a day.

  1. MUSCLE will be lost when fasting !!

Do you really think your body’s internal survival mechanisms so simple and will only take you build muscles directly without keeping them?

FASTING RIGHT WILL ONLY INCREASE HGH ADDED THAT MAKE YOU YOUNG AND MUSCULAR!!

This is from Wikipedia:

Extended fasting has been recommended as therapy for various conditions by health professionals of most cultures, throughout history, from ancient to modern.

Research Suggests there are major health benefits to caloric restriction. Benefits include reduced risks of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, insulin resistance, immune disorders, and more Generally, the slowing of the aging process, and the potential to increase is the maximum life span. [3] Besides Reviews These health benefits, research by Valter Longo Also has uncovered a potential link between fasting and improved efficacy of chemotherapy.

WOW !!!!

As you can tell this is an ancient secret. But we never realize why … and what or how to manipulate this fasting condition to give us more result we need for our body.

Did you know that Plato and Aristotle say that in a short time to stop eating or fasting is a drug of any disease? Including cancer..

Human Trial (s)

A 2009 case study delivered promising results. Ten Cancer Patients – four with breast cancer, two with prostate cancer, one each with ovarian, lung, uterine, and esophageal cancers – underwent fasting prior to and after chemotherapy treatment. Fasting times ranged from 48-140 hours prior to and after 5-56 hours; all were affective at reducing side effects of chemotherapy.

In the first case, a 51-year old woman with breast cancer did her first round of chemotherapy in a Fasted state of 140 hours. Other than dry mouth, fatigue, and hiccups, she felt well enough to go to work and resume her normal daily activities. For the subsequent two rounds, she did not fast and instead ate her normal diet, and the side effects were extremely pronounced – severe fatigue, diarrhea, weakness, abdominal pain, nausea – and prevented her from returning to work. For her fourth round of chemotherapy, she Fasted and the side effects were again minimized. And it was not just the Subjective effects that improved with fasting, but Also her physiological markers. Total white blood cell, absolute neutrophil counts, and platelet counts were all highest after the fasting regimens.

The bottom line is Fasting is a good thing when done properly

The question is .. How to fast is this? Where and when you can still eat well, eat at any hour you want and eat whatever you want, but you still fasting … and have your dream body?

That will be the secret of the monk’s fasting ….

Buddhist monks and nuns following the Vinaya rules commonly do not eat each day after the noon meal.

This is not Considered a fast but rather a disciplined regimen aiding in meditation and good health.

“Once when the Buddha was touring in the region of Kasi together with a large Sangha of monks he addressed them saying: I, monks, do not eat a meal in the evening. Not eating a meal in the evening I, monks, am aware of good health and of being without illness and of buoyancy and strength and living in comfort. Come, do you too, monks, not eat a meal in the evening. not eating a meal in the evening you too, monks, will be aware of ….. and good health and living in comfort. ”

Funny thing is … the doctrine of fasting in all religions … and they describe what results you can get from there …

How can you eat whenever you want???

Now the part you all been waiting for …

Nice body is not only made in the gym, a nice body is not made with any sports supplements

Ask any health expert, then they will all say same thing. Forming a great body is not in the gym … GYM only 30% of your body pattern formation. While 70% is formed in your mouth ..

You are what you eat.

I believe on how much you eat and When you eat!

Therefore, there will be two sure things in the formation of our bodies …

  1. More calories in than calories out means the rest will be converted into fat.
  2. Calories out more than calories in means you will burn fat …

How do I burn calories?

Well basically anything you do will burn calories .. Even when you sleep you’ll burn calories, thats fact.

Human Growth Hormone (The Super Hormone)

So what can truly create and build your muscles? What could even make your body growing rapidly? It might even be higher if you are still under 20 years?

It is Human Growth Hormone.aka HGH

What is that?

Human growth hormone is a hormone produced by the brain that can restore your body’s internal clock, to help you quickly build muscle, get rid of fat, and increase libido, giving incredible and great energy and give your youth back.

WHERE DOES HGH COME FROM??

The body naturally produces growth hormone (HGH or GH) in the pituitary gland, and, as the name implies, it is responsible for cell growth and regeneration. Increasing muscle mass and bone density is not possible without GH, but also plays a major role in maintaining the health of all human tissues including the brain and other vital organs. When released, GH remains active in the blood stream just a few minutes, but this was enough time for the liver to convert it into growth factors, the most important of which form of insulin like growth factor-1, or IGF-1, which offers a number of anabolic properties.

How to get a lot of HGH in the body?

  1. Sleep 8-10 hours a day (this is hard since I don’t have that luxury). HGH levels will decrease when you are 25 years and older. People don’t have the same levels of HGH released during sleep.
  2. Incorporating artificial HGH (artificial HGH injections into your body, there are many other supplements containing HGH and it does not work. Why? Because HGH can’t be digested in your stomach)
  3. FASTING

Recent research confirms the effects of fasting on human growth hormone (HGH), protein metabolism. HGH works to protect muscle and metabolic balance, a response triggered and accelerated by fasting. During the period of 18-24 hours of fasting, HGH increased an average of 1,300 percent in women, and nearly 2,000 percent in men.

Yes it is 2000% increase after fasting, not 100% or 200%

Let’s once again we see the usefulness of fasting from the point of the study:

Fasting can be studied to reduce cardiac risk factors such as triglycerides, weight, and blood sugar levels Murray, UT (4/03/11) –

Fasting has long been associated with religious rituals, diets, and political protests or demonstrations, but now new evidence from cardiac researchers at the Intermountain Medical Center Heart Institute shows that routine fasting is also good for your health, and your heart.

Currently, cardiologists’ research at the Intermountain Medical Center Heart Institute reported that fasting not only lowers one’s risk of coronary artery disease and diabetes, but also causes significant changes in a person’s blood cholesterol levels. Diabetes and high cholesterol is a risk factor for coronary heart disease.

This discovery expands a study of the 2007 Intermountain Healthcare study that reveals the relationship between fasting and reduced risk of coronary heart disease, the leading cause of death among men and women in America. In the new study, fasting was also found to reduce other cardiac risk factors, such as triglycerides, weight, and blood sugar levels.

The findings were presented at the annual scientific sessions of the American College of Cardiology in New Orleans.

“These new findings indicate that our invention is not a coincidence,” said Dr. Benjamin D. Horne, PhD, MPH, director of cardiovascular and genetic epidemiology at Intermountain Medical Center Heart Institute, and principal investigator of the study.

In contrast to previous research by the team, this new research recorded reactions in the body’s biological mechanisms during the fasting period.

Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol participant (LDL-C, the “bad” cholesterol) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C, the “good cholesterol”) both increased (by 14 percent and 6 percent, respectively) they increase total cholesterol – and make the researchers were surprised. (DO NOT WORRY as I will elaborate after)

“Fasting causes hunger or stress. In response, the body releases more cholesterol, allowing it to utilize fat as a source of fuel, instead of glucose. This reduces the number of fat cells in the body,” said Dr. Horne. “This is important because the fewer fat cells in the body, the less likely it will experience insulin resistance, or diabetes.” I will discuss later that turns cholesterol levels had no effect on heart disease.

This latest study also confirms previous findings on the effects of fasting on human growth hormone (HGH), protein metabolism. HGH works to protect muscle and metabolic balance, a response triggered and accelerated by

During the fasting period of 18-24 hours, HGH increased an average of 1,300 percent in women, and nearly 2,000 percent in men.

In this latest experiment, the researchers conducted two fasting studies of more than 200 people – both patients and healthy volunteers – recruited at Intermountain Medical Center. A second 2011 clinical trial followed another 30 patients who drank only water and ate nothing else for 24 hours.

Blood tests and physical measurements are taken from all to evaluate cardiac risk factors, markers of metabolic risk, and other general health parameters. And the results are outstanding. HGH ride and all body functions better.

Basically by fasting you will have more HGH means more MUSCLE.

So the muscle building method we have is using HGH that at 2,000 percent boost … that’s the secret!

CONCLUSION:

  1. FASTING is one of the healthy lifestyle strategies easiest and proven to be anyone. (Healthy and did not have a specific disorder or pregnancy, etc.)
  2. Research shows that fasting may help prevent heart disease, cancer, diabetes and many diseases and disorders that we see today.
  3. Our ancestors followed the lifestyle of fasting for thousands of years, which means that we created for it.
  4. Recent research has shown that fasting raises HGH in women up to 1.300%, and in men up to 2000%!
  5. It optimizes your energy level and your metabolism into a “fat burner” so you can lose weight through normalization of insulin and leptin.
  6. FASTING can really help you get your muscle mass without experiencing muscle degeneration as many people said.
  7. FASTING can only work properly if you do not become greedy and does not take as much food when finished fasting, and should be followed with exercise for maximum results.
  8. Eating healthy foods after FASTING is very well and good if you have your food choices.

Next I will discuss on how we do FASTING the right way (this has nothing to do with religion this is just about when and where and what you prefer to eat the way you like it. Freedom)
