My whole 30 years I have been living with my overweight body according BMI where I am only 5,7ft with 220 lbs and I am not so happy with my build. I go to gym and exercise a lot and always think what to eat to lose weight fast because i eat a lot because I looveee to eat.
I have been searching for diet programs that work for me and try almost everything. 3 years ago I found some research in Asia (ancient Chinese monks’ arts) and I start following the program with other programs that I have concluded all these years. I lose weight very fast after. I shared my secrets to my family and friends and now they are doing well too. I am now 35 years with 153 lbs and I feel more energetic and getting younger
Did you know that the diet pills are the top selling drugs in the world? Everyone once buy diet pills and feel like it does not work. Most diet pills have their small written disclaimers that explain that the pill has to be accompanied with proper exercise and diet or you should consult your physician. If you still have to have exercise and diet programs, why do you even need diet pills
WHY MANY DIET FAILS??????
In one study, 300+ obese people were recruited to attend one of the popular diet program the following:
Zone Diet, Veggie Diet, Carbs Diet, Atkins Diet, Ornish diet, etc (Various types of diets)
To begin the study, each person was given one of the popular diets, the kind they were randomized and assigned to follow.
Then, before they started the diet, every woman attending a series of 8 classes (each lasts one hour) describes exactly how to follow the assigned diet.
After the course is completed they then set out to follow their diet for a total of one year.
And the result is….?????
They lost a lot of weight in the first two months, after the diet tend to stop even finished and at the end of time, they lose weight is far from the expected. Group average fell no more than 11 lbs in a year.
They concluded that these diets do not work and some said they are wrong to get the program, they also said they should get a program that the others got.
I think this failure is much simpler
First, in this experiment it is difficult to measure accurately how many calories a person eats in a day, and secondly I think that these results show that the number one reason diets fail is the complexity of the diet itself so people start thinking no more diet for them
In other words, the more complicated the way the diet, the more likely to fail in the long run. – People are not able to follow complexity for long periods of time.
In this study published in the International Journal of Obesity, entitled
“Compliance with diet and weight loss success among overweight women”:
Guess what they found?
Only one of the 12 people who follow the diets for a full year managed to lose more than 50 lbs. While others claim they cannot stick to the programs
This means that 100% of people want to have a nice body, but 90% of them reluctant to do so because it is too complicated and boring.
More complicated = Low chance of success.
Uncomplicated = High chance of success
And I think the most complicated in the dietary rules is these 2:
- Calculate the number of calories in you take in 1 day
- Finding healthy food is allowed in. (Food is not tasty)
And people grow tired as they look a long time to reduce weight significantly.
Following the complicated exercise workout pattern is hard as well so later
THAT’S WHY WE GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
